STEM Ambassadors in Scotland will deliver a series of inspirational talks from a wide range of individuals working across STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) industries. These 30-minute sessions will run daily at 9:45am and 11:45am from 15th March to 17th March and will feature a 15 minute talk followed by a Q&A opportunity.
All sessions are free to attend - simply check the schedule and day’s streams below and view at the appropriate time. Sessions will also be recorded and available on this page afterwards.

So a good basic knowledge of file types, data management, storage options and digital preservation is essential to safeguard records for the future. Added to that, a knowledge of digitisation to share the collection and engage more widely is a must. |
