Description:
Each session will provide young people with an overview of different careers in construction, skills needed, entry pathways and what to expect day to day within each role. The format will include video case studies, a live Q&A with a recent graduate, Trainee or Apprentice and an industry related task to complete on the day or report back with. The aim of the course is to show the diversity of roles in construction and the different skills needed on entering a career in the sector.
DYW Context:
The course will provide information to young people entering the construction industry, via college, school or university.
