e-Sgoil BGE offer 2021

Broad General Education

We are pleased to offer a set of Broad General Education programmes for Early Years through to S3. The programmes are designed to complement the curriculum being provided by schools and local authorities across Scotland. They form one key part of the overall National eLearning Offer being made available to practitioners as they adapt and flex their plans to support remote learning. Initial programme planning will be done in two week blocks – informed by current isolating time periods - and building towards longer-term programmes.

The programmes are being developed iteratively – with partners and building on what works. They will adapt and change in response to need, feedback and staff availability.

Programmes will be adapted to be available in Gaelic medium or English medium as required.

• Early Years (including P1)
• P2-P4 (first level)
• P5-P7 (second/third level)
• S1-S3 (third/fourth level)

There is no cost to schools for this provision which is delivered using Microsoft Teams within Glow.
