Are you looking to bring some further inspiration into your classroom? The Inspiring the World of Work Team can provide inspiration and work-related learning in a series of live lessons. The sessions will provide work inspiration and provide an opportunity for learners to find out more about the world of work and can be delivered at a time that suits your busy timetable. Inspire the workforce of the future today.

Currently Available Sessions:
Skills for Life and Work:
Three bespoke DYW sessions offered flexibly, at times and dates that suit you. Register your interest, you will be added to the ‘Inspiring the World of Work’ Team and can arrange a time for delivery that suits you.

Bespoke sessions covering the following:

• Money Smart? - Session will discuss all things money and take learners through some helpful hints on being money smart.
• Skills Aware? - Session will examine the importance of skills and take learners through 3 different learner journeys, highlighting a no wrong pathway approach.
• Interview Ready? - Session will discuss interviews and give some helpful hints on navigating the process and securing a positive destination.
• Planning your Subject Choices - The session will take learners through the sometimes difficult road of subject choices.
• First Day at Work - The session will look at what to expect at the sometimes daunting first day at work. We will look at how to make it a lot less daunting.

Barclays LifeSkills Sessions:
In these Barclays LifeSkills sessions about money, delivered by Business in the Community, learners will build their confidence about budgeting, bank accounts and more.
