World Children's Day

We were joined by Bryden from Shetland's SaxaVord Spaceport where we learned about space flight happening right here in Scotland!

To celebrate Seachdainn na Gàidhlig (World Gaelic Week) not only were we learning all about Scotland’s national language, but we also learnt how to speak some too!

We discovered stories in art to celebrate Visit Scotland's Year of Stories in 2022, our storyteller will take you on a virtual tour of the New Arrivals exhibition currently at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. Jump inside the artworks to discover people, places and situations that will inspire your learners to imagine stories of their own.

BBC Children in Need 2021
We celebrated both BBC Children in Need and Scottish Careers Week and looked at how social enterprises and careers can make a difference to children and young people. Our special guest was Highland Wildcats who have benefited from funding from BBC Children in Need.
