Talk to a Farmer Week 2026
Talk to a Farmer is back for 2026! Bring your class along from 23 - 27 March to hear directly from farmers across Scotland as they share what they do to produce your food. We have a range of farmers lined up from large sprout producers to a school who grow and sell their own produce.

Scottish Careers Week 2025 took place 10 – 14 November and was a chance for young people to get inspiration, information and advice to help make positive career choices.

To Celebrate Heritage Careers Week, DYW Live had a week of live webinars taking place from Monday 27th - Thursday 30th October.
Space Week 2025
For Space Week 2025 we had a fantastic range of space related resources and opportunities for the week.
Allied Health Professions Awareness Week 2025
During Allied Health Professions Awareness Week we provided fantastic opportunities for young people to learn all about the Allied Health Professions (AHPs).
Maths Week Scotland 2025
The theme for Maths Week Scotland 2025 was ''Wild Maths' Bringing nature and numbers together. Wild Maths explored plants and wildlife, weather and natural forces, outdoor learning, and so much more! This year we hosted two live sessions delivered by Nature Scot and the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland which were aimed at P5-P7 learners, and we also had a pre recorded session from Industrial Light & Magic which was suitable for secondary learners.
National Coding Week 2025
In celebration of National Coding Week 2025, DYW Live partnered with Tech She Can to deliver a live lesson on AI for Robotics (Primary P5-P7). The lesson explored the amazing technology behind robotics, including robots used in space, robots used to help doctors, and robots used to assist people like firefighters.
